01 — Architectural visualization · Bellflower, CA
Photorealistic exteriors, interiors, walkthrough animations and virtual staging — built from your drawings, priced per project, and delivered before the client meeting, not during it.
02 — How a project actually goes
No mystery box, no vanishing act mid-project. Here's the whole trip, in the order it happens — with you cc'd the entire way.
Day 0 · Brief
Send CAD, SketchUp, Revit, or a photo of a whiteboard. We flag anything ambiguous before a single polygon is placed.
Day 2–5 · Grey box
Untextured framing shots so we agree on angles and mood early — cheap to move a camera now, expensive later.
Day 6–9 · Dress
Materials, planting, dusk vs. noon, the right car in the driveway. This is where it starts to look like a photo.
Day 10 · Delivery
Full-resolution files, two revision rounds baked in, and the bill — paid on delivery, not before.
Mid-page interruption
Rush slots open up more often than you'd think. Tell us the meeting date and we'll tell you what's honestly doable.

03 — Who hands us their drawings
We work quietly behind design firms, boutique developers and residential architects across greater Los Angeles — the credit stays with them, the pixels come from us.
04 — The studio
Ferngrove is a tight rendering studio on Lakewood Blvd. Every frame is set, lit and finished by the same two artists who took the brief — so nothing gets lost in a hand-off, and the twilight shot actually looks like twilight. We only take on what we can finish well, which is why the calendar, not a sales team, decides how many projects we run.
05 — Why the grey-box step matters
You can find someone faster and cheaper. Here's what usually happens next versus how we run it.

06 — What we make & what it costs
Real starting numbers, not "contact for pricing." Scope moves the figure; the honesty doesn't.
