None of these are dealbreakers — a whiteboard photo works too — but the more of this we get up front, the sharper the number.

The drawings
Whatever you've got: CAD, SketchUp, Revit, plans, elevations, or a napkin. We'll flag anything ambiguous before modelling.

How many views
A hero exterior? Three interiors? A 45-second walkthrough? Rough is fine — it moves the figure, not the honesty.

The real deadline
Not the "would be nice" date — the meeting the renders have to be in. That's what decides whether a rush slot is worth it.

Any mood references
Twilight or high noon? Warm or crisp? A pin board, a competitor's shot, or three adjectives all help us light it right the first time.

How fast do you actually reply?
Briefs sent Monday to Friday get a real answer within one business day — often a quote the same afternoon if the drawings are clear. Send one Sunday night and you'll hear back Monday morning.
Can you hit a deadline that's already scary?
Sometimes — rush slots open more than you'd think. Call with the meeting date instead of emailing, and we'll tell you honestly what's doable and what a rush costs before you commit to anything.
What do I get in the quoted price?
A fixed per-project figure with a grey-box angle approval, two revision rounds, and full-resolution files for print and screen all baked in. No surprise line items appearing as "revisions." You're invoiced on delivery, not before.
Do you work with firms outside Bellflower?
Absolutely. We're based on Lakewood Blvd in Bellflower, but drawings arrive from architects and developers all over greater Los Angeles and beyond — the whole thing runs by email and phone, so your zip code doesn't matter.
Will my firm get the credit?
Every time. We work quietly behind design firms and developers — the credit stays with you, the pixels come from us. Whitelabelled by default; no watermark, no "rendered by" line unless you want one.
