Exterior stills
Hero-angle and street-level shots with real context — landscaping, sky, and the exact hour of light that flatters your façade instead of fighting it.
Services — Architectural visualization · Bellflower, CA
Every service below has a starting price you can actually plan around — no "contact for pricing" runaround. Scope moves the figure; the honesty stays put, and the bill only lands when the files do.
01 — The core four
Prices are per-project starting points for a single, well-scoped deliverable. Two revision rounds are baked in — we'd rather quote once than nickel-and-dime you at the finish line.
Hero-angle and street-level shots with real context — landscaping, sky, and the exact hour of light that flatters your façade instead of fighting it.
Fully modelled, furnished and lit room sets — or virtual staging dropped over an empty listing photo so buyers can picture themselves already living there.
A 30–60 second moving tour for the pitch deck, the planning board, or the listing page. Storyboarded first, so the camera goes where the story does — not where it wandered.
Massing and site-context views that show the building where it actually sits — neighbours, streets, and skyline included. The shot the planning committee always ends up asking for.
Bundling something bigger?
Doing a full package — exteriors, interiors, and the animation — for the same development? Send the set and we'll price it as one job, not four invoices.

Little upgrades that punch above their price. Add any of these to a core service, or grab them on their own — same rule applies, you only pay when the file lands.

03 — Before the meter starts
The more of this we have up front, the tighter (and usually cheaper) the number. Missing something? Send what you've got — even a whiteboard photo gets us started.
Plans, elevations and sections — whatever the design's at. Grey-set fine; we flag ambiguities before texturing so nothing gets re-rendered.
CAD · SketchUp · Revit · IFC · PDFA schedule, mood board, or three product links. Even "warm oak, matte black, off-white render" beats us guessing and re-doing the dress pass.
Schedule · board · sample linksAddress, a couple of site photos, and the sun direction. It tells us where the light comes from and what's actually next door.
Address · photos · orientationThe one date that actually matters — the client meeting, board hearing or listing go-live. We build the schedule backwards from it.
Meeting date · views needed04 — The awkward questions
The stuff every architect and developer wants to know but feels weird emailing about. Consider it emailed.
Complexity, mostly: how much of the model we build from scratch, how many materials need matching, and how many views come off one set. A single hero exterior sits near the "from" figure; a multi-view interior with custom finishes climbs from there. You get one fixed number before we start — no meter running.
On delivery — you get the full-resolution files and the invoice together, not a deposit-first dance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and ACH. For large or ongoing packages we'll agree milestones up front so nobody's surprised.
A single well-scoped still typically runs about 7–10 working days from approved grey-box, with the rough camera pass landing in the first few days. Animations take longer. Got a tighter window? Add the rush option and tell us the meeting date — we'll say honestly what's doable.
Two full rounds per deliverable, inside the quoted price. Because we lock camera angles at grey-box — before any texturing — most projects never need the second one. Extra rounds beyond that are $185 each, no drama.
Both. One virtual-staging photo for a single listing is a perfectly good reason to email us — same care, smaller invoice. The calendar decides how much we run at once, so if a slot's open, a small job's welcome.
Yours. We work quietly behind design firms and developers across greater Los Angeles — the credit stays with you, the pixels come from us. We won't post your project without a nod first.
